We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via e-mail or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

Security

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the Website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Fish On Alaska LLC Cancellation and Refund Policy:

A 50% deposit is required for reservations.

All deposits are fully refundable if cancellation is received thirty (30) days prior to departure date on halibut only trips, and (45) days prior to departure date on combination trips with ling cod and/or salmon and/or halibut.

50% of your deposit will be refunded on a short notice cancellation under thirty (30) days for halibut trips and under 45 days for Combination trips.

If cancellation notice is given less than 14 days in advance for halibut or less than 21 days for combination trips, no refund will be given unless the vacated spot is re-booked.

If a trip is canceled because of weather or mechanical problems a full refund will be given after exploring alternative options.

If we cannot leave the harbor because of mechanical problems, every effort will be made to place you aboard another charter with a Captain that we would be glad to fish with.

If we cannot leave the harbor because of weather, we will look for alternative fishing activities such as fishing the river and/or other locations if you wish, or we will try to re-schedule your trip for another day.

If we leave the harbor and have to return within 3 hours due to weather, seasickness etc., no refund will be given.

All deposits refunded are subject to a 10% administration fee.
CANCELLATION IS REQUIRED IN WRITING BEFORE A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.
